I was fortunate to be close to The Paper Boat Cafe during a month-long stay in Oxford over the summer. The location and views are enchanting, every person working there is warm and friendly, and the food and drinks are exceptional. I visited almost every day during my stay, often trying something new, and everything I tried was fantastic.
It's worth a visit for anyone in Oxford and especially if you want to find a relaxing spot away from the bustle of High Street.

I’m really impressed with these guys, who might just have snuck in and taken the ‘Best Coffee in Oxford’ title! Skilled, professional baristas who take pride in making a great product, all with charming, friendly service.
Plenty of non-dairy milk options, non-coffee drink options, and great cakes.

This charming cafe offers a delightful experience with its excellent matcha latte. Situated by the river, it provides a serene atmosphere with beautiful river scenery. My partner and I decided to try the Spanish omelette, and it surpassed our expectations, leaving us amazed by its delicious flavors.

Lovely little gem for a relaxing break and a light reading afternoon beside a picturesue river view. The cake is lovely as well as the service of staffs. Very friendly place to all.

This is a beautiful coffee near Thames river. It’s cozy and small. The barista is so warm and sweat. I’m in love with the pastel de nata. The flavor is nice and it’s not expensive.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Perfect coffee, almond croissant on point. Amazing location and such a nice vibe with great outdoor with views to the canal. There's space for laptops and they've got two indoor floors, so plenty of space. Super friendly staff with some Spanish produce as the owner is Spanish (I think I saw tortilla at the weekend?). They've got a beautiful loyalty coffee card which I was happy to get as a souvenir :) Will definitely come back when we're back in Oxford and try their sambos.

Such a cute cafe with lovely staff, lovely interior and lovely seating outside next tot the river as well! The prices of baked goods were so affordable and I loved that they had filter coffee option. The art decor inside was very beautiful and they bring you drinks to your seat which was lovely as well. The pastel de nata was amazing and would love to try more of their baked items! Highly recommend :)!
