What a little gem a great tea room. Friendly staff and lovely food. Was a little quiet could do with a little back ground music. Decorated beautifully. Spotless clean.

It is an amazing place. I thoroughly enjoyed trying the bobotie and would recommend trying it. Great variety of food choices, well worth a visit. 👍

This cafe is highly rated and rightly so in my opinion. The staff are friendly and you can tell this is ‘their cafe’ and they take pride in their service. The food and drinks were served promptly, the options were delicious and unusual, and the coffee was lovely. I had the Bobotie from the specials board 👌🏻.

Always a friendly welcome in this lovely Coffee Shop, it's our favourite place to go for a Coffee & Cake/Scone in Penrith.
On this visit we shared a Cherry Scone & a piece of Victoria Sponge, both homemade & very tasty 😋
The Courtyard garden at the back has a beautiful display of plants & is a lovely peaceful haven to sit if the weather is nice.

Such a lovely little cafe with great service. We’ve popped by for a lunch and an afternoon tea and would highly recommend.

Lovely little cafe in Penrith - don't miss the specials board or the garden seating area!
I've been to Dawn-Marie twice now and had a tasty lunch both times. The paninis are very good. I had the bacon cranberry and brie, and the classic tuna melt.
I also tried one of the specials called Bobotie. It's a South African dish that's made up of a sweetish curried mince beef topped with an egg. If you enjoy sweeter dishes give it a try!
The service is good and friendly which I always enjoy to have a little chat. Give them a try and don't forget the millionaire shortbread for dessert!

Wow wow wow what a find!
Just had the most amazing cheese scone served with butter and a
small bowl of grated cheese with a lovely spoon to add more cheese!
The cakes are gorgeous as well
The cutlery lovely

Cafe Dawn Marie is the best place to eat and relax in Penrith. It is clean, cosy and comfortable, Tony and Andre are perfect hosts making you feel really welcome. They are happy to chat or leave you in peace to enjoy your meal. We ordered soup, toastie and homemade cakes all being enthusiastically eaten and enjoyed. We were not rushed in any way. My mother was in a wheelchair and there were steps into the property Tony came out and offered to assist us with a wheelchair ramp this was the only place we found that did this as we had been having difficulty in many of the shops in the town. We returned again a few days later and the welcome and service was spot on. Cafe Dawn Marie has only been open a few months and we would definitely recommend a visit and we wish Tony and Andre all the success they deserve and will gladly return when holidaying in the area in the future.

A fantastic little café, recently opened & centrally located in Penrith with a lovely view of the church. Lots of vegetarian options and oat/soy milk available for hot drinks. Highly recommend the lemon curd cake - so delicious I forgot to take a picture before we demolished it! The owners are both really lovely and they've done an excellent job refreshing the decor of this place.
