Just had a Sunday lunch. I had gammon and the wife had beef both were excellent and very tasty. Served with fresh veg and really good friendly Mannar. Also dog friendly

Nice place this. Right on Pickering main street. Easy to find. Park right outside of at the Co op car park. Friendly staff senisble prices. Food was very good. Well worth a visit. Would recommend and would go again. Does get busy on sat night though.

Called in two times over easter weekend great service at bar great atmosphere on Easter Sunday with tunes on jukebox Clare very hospitable found out she grew up with our friends small world will definitely be back 🍻🍻👌

Just visted for some food and what a find had homemade steak & ale pie and scampi with chips and was impressed with the price and the portion sizes were great defo will be returning on our next vist very happy

Not much food being served while we were in but the pub was busy with plenty of characters and the ale was reasonably cheap. Tasty beer and a good atmosphere

Good beer (Black Sheep), good food and a very friendly landlady from the NE. Interesting locals. Proper pub decor. What more could anyone want ?

Always been a good pub with great handpull beers for me and a warm welcome for my dog Isthatgeorgefrommarton. Only had a Sunday lunch from the menu, but very nice. Great range of entertainment and Halloween 🦇 just gone was epic, customers dressed up, Elvis n karaoke, it's what weekend's are for. Roge x n George x
