The Beansheaf Hotel

It may say 2 stars but it's definitely better than some 3 star hotels I've stayed at. The staff are all nice and friendly, the room was clean and the food was good. It's in a great location for Pickering and the surrounding areas. The car park is a good size and well lit. I'm looking forward to the next time i have to stay there.

Great little hotel, restaurant and bar. Friendly and helpful staff and good atmosphere. I had a room at the back of the accommodation away from the main road, I'm a light sleeper but no road noise, but there was an industrial building which made some noise, but this didn't spoil my visit. Excellent location if you're in the area on business or pleasure and I will definitely be visiting again in future. Recommended. 👍

The bedrooms were clean and fresh and good value. The bar was lovely and comfortable with a log fire and a small selection of draught beers. Food was served and was nice and reasonable. A full English breakfast was served and was included. Plenty of Parking was available. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We visited flamingo land and Beansheaf was just down the road. It was a perfect end to a fantastic day. Staff were attentive, friendly and would do anything to help. We had an evening meal which was lovely, all meals freshly cooked. They even went out of their way to make some pasta and sauce for the children who are fussy eaters . The hotel is very clean , beds were comfy . Rooms were stocked up with tea/coffee, bottles of water and biscuits. Small bottles of toiletries in the bathroom too. Free WiFi and ample parking We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again soon
