Dear god. I cannot pass a Waterstones. I've been looking for books by Carl Hiassen for ages. Most shops only ever have one, and it will be one I've read. This one had 6 with 3 that were new to me! That's a tear in my eye as I type. Gawd bless ya, Waterstones

Great Waterstones. Always friendly staff and now has its own cafe.
I am guessing the cafe has its one listing. The only reason I am giving 4/5 is due to the size of this store. It's just not the biggest Waterstones I've seen. The one in Brighton is over about 4 floors I think and has a cafe. But this is still a great store.

I had a book voucher that I couldn't use online with my usual retailer so went to Waterstones. The ordering was simple (I took a list) and within four days I had emails confirming each book had arrived. I then popped down, gave my surname and collected the books within a couple of minutes. This is a well oiled machine- thank you Waterstones :)

I love it here. The bookshop caters to all ages. My teenage son loves the Manga selection. The Cafe is tucked away at the back and is perfect to grab breakfast or afternoon tea and just read.

I love this shop. An oasis of calm in the busy mall. Amazing, informed and knowledgeable booksellers and a great range of subjects and titles to choose from, also great for games, toys and gifts!

Great bookshop with integrated coffee shop. I was searching for an autobiography and was able to order one for Christopher Lee for £20, unfortunately it could take a few weeks to arrive, but the staff were very helpful.

Great bright store, nicely presented and set out. Friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly busy for the time of day which is great to see with a book shop.

Great selection of books! Brought my children to pick out something new to read. They all found books they hadn't seen before. There's nothing quite like browsing in a proper bookshop! Staff were very friendly.

Absolutely Outstanding staff that work in the book shop. Outstanding!!! The coffee shop on the other hand is not - I'd rather drink puddle water than have one of their iced lattes again. Book store staff great, coffee shop horrendous.
