A lovely cosy friendly local pub. We were warmly greeted by the barman, other customers and a open fire. Will certainly be revisiting. Nice pint of Real Ale.

This pub has a wonderful welcome and the landlady Claire is the life and soul but takes no nonsense. If you are friendly then come in for a good time. If you're a troublemaker, then stay away. PS. The pasties are 2nd to none.

Wonderful Sunday lunch great atmosphere and very friendly, I cant eat big meals so they did a small portion which was substantial and I enjoyed it very much and will certainly be back thank you.

Nice quiet pub (visited mid afternoon). Very comfortable and clean. Was served a lovely pint of bitter, and had a good chat with my mates. Will go back on next visit to Stoke.
