Not many restaurants can offer multiple cuisines and execute them all perfectly - but Yousuf can!! I have tried both Indian and Thai dishes and everything has been fresh, flavourful and just delicious. The saag aloo is my favourite. Even the popadoms are to die for. Yousuf himself is so polite and friendly even when he is busy cooking. While I was waiting for my food I witnessed him handle a customer who realised they had ordered something incorrectly when they received their order, and Yousuf made no fuss about making them whatever it was they wanted again even though he was busy. Overall amazing experience and love to support an independent local business run by a genuinely nice man!!
Easily some of the best curry and biryani I've eaten! All of the poppadom sauces are freshly made too. Service is great with a lovely owner, Yousuf, who cares for his customers. Definitely recommend ordering from here.
Our first meal from Yousef’s this evening as I’ve walked past a few times and thought the shop looked smart.
Lovely service, with the naan cooked as the last piece, in order to be fresh.
All of our food was tasty, the meat tender, with the right heat.

Best Indian I had in Plymouth, been looking for a decent takeaway and I can certainly say that I have found one. Food was piping hot and arrived on time. Would give this takeaway a 5 star and compliments to the chef👌

Unfortunately I’ve found myself having to find a new takeaway. I leave 4 stars as the food has been great but when I was told that my order was £44 and the 10% discount was not being honoured because I was paying by card when the menu says discount for collection only to which I was, I was disappointed. This has always been honoured before even in the last could of months. I fully understand costs are rising but they are for us all. As a returning customer I would have thought this would have been something honoured with no issues. I’m sorry but I had to say to the Lady at the counter that it was just pushing a bit too much for me and the what was written on the menu was not honoured. Therefore I cancelled and went elsewhere. The cost was not a huge amount less but it covered the 10%. It’s more out of frustration that I write this as I would have rather kept to you guys. Great food, great service in the past but unfortunately this got to me a bit out of principle. Some may agree and some may not. I wish this business all the best for the future and my review will always be in general good regarding this place. I’m gutted to have felt I had to write this..
This was honestly the best curry I have eaten. We ordered a thai green curry, pilau rice and peshwari naan. The chicken was succulent and the naan bread was delicious. My wife doesn’t normally enjoy naan breads when we’ve ordered from other places before but even she found it delicious.
Overall, a gorgeous meal. The chicken, the pilau rice and the naan were all cooked perfectly. The colours of the curry were great and just enough spice for my liking too. The sauce was delicious and not watery at all. Will definitely be ordering again thank you 😊 .
Stunning food super friendly. My new go to Takeaway. Yousuf and his wife are lovely people. And the food is out of this world. You have to try it. I watched them cook it with fresh ingredients and you can tell it tasted super fresh.
