Papa John's Pizza

Ordered food and got a phonecall after about 40 minutes saying the food was made, sat under the hot lamp and awaiting a driver, 30 minutes afterwards we rang up asking about where the food was, it was still waiting on the driver, we ring up about 20 minutes later to ask for a refund, 15 minutes into trying to get the refund food arrives lukewarm so we continue with the refund send the food back and now are waiting 3-5 days for the money back with no food. Cheers.

We just ordered two large pizzas and sides... We ordered extra toppings. one of the pizzas was a sausage and pepperoni, we ordered extra topping of jalapenos for it, they never added them. We also asked for tango as a drink and received 7up lime. Personally I'd give 1 star review but that would be harsh as the sides and toppings on the BBQ TEXAS were pretty good.

our last three orders have been cold and tasteless, just so disappointed with Papa Johns because they were good. I'm uping this because we tried papa johns again tonight 28/10/21 and our order toke nearly 2 hours to arrive but it came very nice. The tracker was on the first stage for over an hour which did make me worry but after an hour and ten minutes things started to move on and just coming up to 2 hours of waiting we got our order and it was nice and was at a acceptable temperature. Ending this, i would rather wait 2 hours for a warm/hot order then wait for 2 hours for a cold tasteless one.

Awful service. Food takes 90 minuets to arrive and items missing yet again and cold pizzas. Called up to complain and they said they will send the missing items next time we order and provide a 50% discount as an apology. Called up today to claim the food I ordered over a week ago and the 50% discount code and I was told that the 50% discount code cannot be used with a deal so it worked out cheaper ordering on the website. So basically, for receiving cold food and half the order last week... I was given the missing items a week later as an "apology" after having to spend more money. ABSOLOUTE SHODDY SERVICE, Borderline scam artists. Never ordering from this awful place again. Its what happens when its ran by people who just don't care. spend your money elsewhere.
