The shop is beautifully designed with very nice decoration. I personally like the picture wall with some very happy customers. My experience was fairly satisfactory to say the least. I'm generally not the biggest fan of bubble tea however my friend who is a bubble tea fanatic said this was by far one of the best bubble teas she have ever had. She's currently a regular customer

Ordered a passionfruit tea with tapioca pearls and peach popping bubbles. Absolutely lovely and very strong flavours! Very generous topping servings and service by Liv was very quick. Thank you!

Service is usually quite good although a slight language barrier with some staff, has some of the best taro milk teas and offers variety with choice of tea leaves. However to pay extra for the bubbles in bubble tea is a tad cheeky although they aren't too expensive. Overall good but on the expensive side

Absolutely loved my winter melon milk tea 🧋 and the coffee milk tea was amazing as well! Very generous toppings, amazing customer service and well priced! Highly recommended! Have already been back a few times to get more! 😍

had a very nice strawberry fruit tea with rainbow boba and coconut jelly. It was very tasty and the place had a nice atmosphere

Always welcoming new bubble tea! But! The straws are a bad choice: you can taste them more then tea. It does not help that tea (grapefruit) was weak too and did not have that much flavour, needed to have at least 50% more flavour. Half sugar was still too sweet. Will come back in a few weeks to see if they improve.

It was a fantastic experience. The customer service is great, drinks are top-notch and the prices are very affordable. My order was attended by Mr. Nadeem. He was very polite, soft-spoken, quick and gave me a fulfilling customer experience. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who are looking to try some tasty drinks in Plymouth.
