Brewhouse & Kitchen - Southsea

Lovely lunch and drink with the Mrs. Bang Bang Chicken and chips were delicious. Great value. Wide selection of in house brewed beers and drinks to suit all tastes. Staff are friendly and efficient. Outside area is lovely on a dry day. A must for anyone visiting the Southsea area in my opinion. Top notch!

I have been to this place many times and loved the experience and especially outdoor seating area, really nice having the options they do but only been for beers. Went this week and had some food and must say very impressed, its order at the bar and brought over to you but it was very nice and tasty. I had the Hot dog with fries and did order cauliflower wings on the side but they bought out chicken wings instead "I was hungry so just ate them" overall very tasty and will definitely be going back for that hot dog!! I'm still waiting for my cauliflower wings 😉

What an amazing place! Love the feel of the brewery and learnt so much about the beer I enjoy. Martin gave some brilliant personalised recommendations after asking a few questions about what I like about beer. Got them spot on! Great service from everyone and the food was lovely, i had the beer battered fish which was battered in beer brewed on site. A lovely change from big chain pubs. Thanks and we'll be back!

I like beer and figured it would be nice to find out how it's made, so I booked the brew day experience. Martin the master brewer was our guide on this adventure and was the star of the day! He was entertaining, a wealth of knowledge & didn't mind putting up with all my questions. Breakfast, lunch, beer and learning - what more could you ask for! A great experience that I'd highly recommend.

Very popular with Real Ale enthusiasts I would think, a large selection brewed on the premises. Sunday lunch times certainly popular, the clamour of customers efficiently and swiftly dealt with by friendly staff. Food was delicious and expertly prepared. Probably best to book a table but some walk ins can be fitted in. Spacious outdoor area with heaters. You can order on your phone with the QR code or at the bar.

Sampled a brewery experience, which involved tasting ten 1/3rd pint samples of beers from the in-house brewery. Excellent information provided by our host for the two hour session. Beers ranged from Lager, IPA, to Stout. The sour beer was not my cup of tea though. Well worth the time anyway. Good normal selection of beers and food. Large seating areas inside and out. Friendly staff.

A fantastic place to have a good meal with some great beers! Positives: - Absolutely perfect example of staff. Very kind, friendly, and caring. They went out of their way to ensure I was looked after. Shoutout to Alex!! - There is plenty of space internally and externally, with a range of seating preferences to suit every occasion! - The drinks.. incredible choices at really quite competitive prices! - Nice ranges of food, also not overly priced. Improvements: The only thing I would mention was that my chicken burger was a little overcooked, as the chicken breast was quite tough. However, the food was nicely flavoured and good quality.

Wow! First time at Brewhouse + Kitchen and I am massively impressed. We sat in a little beach hut in the garden outside, very cool. Ordered from the table via the QR code, clever. Service was fast and friendly, very efficient. The food was absolutely amazing, from the portion sizes to the flavours and textures, we were blown away. The cauliflower cheese is the best I've ever eaten. Big thanks to everyone at the Brewhouse + Kitchen for making our day, keep up the great work. 👌👍👍❤️
