Harbour Lights Beefeater

First time eating at the beefeater and I was welcomed by the lovely Danielle at the front. Instantly got great vibes from her. She was kind and had good banter, exactly what you want from a waitress! Everyone made us feel at home and the atmosphere was so nice, various different groups of people such as some young lads, old timers and locals. Everyone was comfortable and having a nice time. Trudy was also fab and made me laugh so much! Service was so good, quick and lovely and everyone was up for having a laugh. The biscoff sundae was to DIE FOR so So so yummy topped off my lovely evening. Would 100% recommend !

We were helped and assisted by Lorraine and the Pub Manager (sorry forgotten this lovely ladies name). Lorraine was exceptional, then shift ended and then we dealt with Manager. Fantastically friendly staff, great evening with friends - the two ladies mentioned deserve payrises and ALL staff need a FAN behind the bar. Poor ladies a busy night behind a hot bar is not my idea of fun but, all the ladies continued to be upbeat and nothing was too much to ask. Thank you (Cheesy Chips were great, I'm back to Spain now!)

Went for Breakfast, as it was the school holidays they do a buffet style, instead of the normal plate to order, everything was so fresh and tasty, sausages are amazing, full of flavour, my friend and her kids are veggies, just let the staff know how many veggie sausages and bacon you'd like and they bring that to you once cooked. Staff so friendly, it was clean and busy and generally a nice place to have breakfast ESPECIALLY as kids eat free, absolutely amazing value. Thank you Beefeater x

We stayed at the adjacent Premier Inn and so had four breakfasts and four dinners. The staff were invariably friendly and welcoming. The food was good and the restaurant clean and tables cleared quickly. There was only one mystery. Lisa served us in the evening and was on duty the next morning. How did she manage to remain so friendly and cheerful? We will use the hotel and the restaurant next time we travel from West Yorkshire to the Portsmouth area.
