Didn't have a room here but we did have a marvellous welcome off Pep and his gang. So impressed we returned the next day. Sue behind the bar was lovely and chatty. Planning another trip soon.

When I was a kid around 2010, I met Adam Ant in here and had a chat with him for aboit 20 minutes this place has historic charm and a warm, inviting atmosphere, I’ll comeback in again soon haven’t been in for a few years

Room is adequate for my needs. A bit noisy in the evening. Location directly opposite gun wharf quays and the bus station.

Popped in for a pint before the match last night. Lovely pub with a bit of a traditional feel to it. Strikes me as a locals pub but they were all very friendly. Good selection of drinks and reasonable prices.

The people here more than make up for the area that can well do with a make-over. The food was great, too. Lovely place to sit and catch up with my sister after meeting her of the coach trip from London.

A friend of mine had a bit of a 'turn' near this pub last night, and the staff called an ambulance. When I realised who it was (I saw something happening from the bus stop as we were both coming back from a 'do'), both the ambulance crew were very helpful and Lisa from the pub was very nice, bringing me a coffee and a drink until I knew what the situation was, also making sure I didn't miss the bus home. It seemed that some others had seen her have her 'turn' and she had been taken into the hotel until help arrived. Really decent, concerned people.

It was a very nice day at the Lady Hamilton hotel. The bed was comfortable and not much noise at all. The only downside was that we didn’t get told about anything. When was breakfast. What time the pub shut because we got stuck on the first night there, but we would deafly come and stay again

The mattress was a little hard for us but hey.. For the price we paid it's good. The bathroom is being renovated this week. We will definitely be back again
