Fabulous little place and enjoyed a delicious breakfast xx
I'm a lucky local to this deli and visit it weekly if not daily. I love their coffee and how much care they take to make it. I also buy take home meals during the week. It offers lots of really good food and there's always a buzzy atmosphere on a busy lunch. Fresh sandwiches can take some time to prepare but are worth the wait.
Love this place, as a local and customer since it opened over 4 years ago I cannot recommend it enough and I know many other locals who would say the same, great food, great coffee, amazing sandwich menu all freshly made as well as lovely homemade meals perfect when home late from work and you don't want to but a supermarket ready meal. All the more reason lately with the horse meat scandal. Also despite other review I have always found the staff to be polite, friendly and unbelievably helpful.
The staff are very friendly once they know your face & are on hand to recommend what's good on a daily basis. I just ate a piece of peanut & chocolate cheesecake WOW.
I cannot recommend Albert's highly enough. Since moving to Richmond a few months back, Albert's has been a cornerstone in the culinary experience of the area for my partner and I. The food is fresh daily, with an ever changing array of delights on offer. The staff are warm and friendly, and the cakes are dangerously delicious. The only downside is that it's quite out of the way, being in the opposite direction to the bulk of Richmond's sights. That's it. Other than that? Flawless
This is one of our favourite places to eat in Richmond. The BLT sandwich was one of the best ever in my life. My fiance had the chicken which was super yummy. I love that they pay attention to the detail in this place. Affordable and a great cosy atmosphere too. We will definitely be back!
Highly recommend the Deli’s Thursday/Friday night dinner offering. Food was superb (beef rib was to die for), atmosphere was a comfortable mix of sophisticated and neighbourly. Can’t comment on the wine component as I don’t drink, but everyone else seemed to be loving it. Relaxed, friendly, just a lovely way to spend an evening and enjoy some excellent food, without having to travel too far (or pay exorbitant central London restaurant prices). This is a new venture for Cathy-Sue and her Alberts Deli staff and she is knocking it out of the park.
Our favourite place for breakfast in Richmond! Mouthwatering displays and well-stocked fridges all served with bountiful bonhomie from Cathy-Sue and her crew. A lovely community spot in the heart of The Alberts and well worth supporting. Just don’t be tempted by their brownies too often!
One of my favourite places in Richmond. Come here every day for my coffee and breakfast snack. The staff are always so warm and friendly and the deli is such a lovely feature of our community. Keep up the good work.
We were in vacation and asked our host for a good place to go out for breakfast to have a traditional englisch breakfast. He gave us the tip to go to the Alberts deli. We need over a hour to get there and it was really worth! The breakfast was excellent. I had a vegetarian one. The people who work there are so friendly and the local is nicely furnished. If we are in London again we will definitive come back! You should go there! If you don't you miss something 😉
Just had dinner at my lovely local deli which is now doing a dinner service on Thurs and Fridays, as well as cheese and charcuterie boards with wine. The food was amazing - a lovely selection of nibbles to start, a sublime beef rib main course and a surprise pud which was delicious. Lovely staff and a really nice cozy but sophisticated evening vibe. And a really good price. I don’t drink but the wine list was impressive. So impressed. Thank you Cathy-Sue I shall be back….
This spot is absolutely delightful! Friendly service with a smile, great breakfast and the staff is very kind and welcoming. Fresh breads, pastries, and coffee-to-go is also available. Recommend!
Great flat white, unfortunately I’m on a diet so couldn’t treat myself to the delicious cakes and treats.Lovely friendly staff.
Cute little deli in Richmond. They do a fantastic breakfast/brunch, I’ve particularly enjoyed the Turkish eggs! Would also recommend the sandwiches, cakes and cookies. It’s usually quite busy so sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for a table but it’s worth it!
This deli is an absolute gorgeous choice for a tranquil and quiet breakfast. They had some smooth jazz playing in the background, and had an array of different cakes and treats to choose from; making me want to come back for more. The staff were polite and precise with my order, always with a smile on their face. A simple gesture, but made my experience even that more friendly.
