Came to ripon for the weekend and when looking at things to do and places to go and the lodge owner recommending this place we thought we'd go and visit. Im so glad we did. Lovely staff. Lovely customers. Great beers. Lovely atmosphere. Great beer garden. Will definitely recommend a visit to anyone going to ripon. We will definitely come back for drink if we ever in ripon again.

A real ale mecca for any serious beer drinker. Seek it out... Stay awhile amid it's lovely Hoppy charm. Wide array of excellently kept ales and continental lagers. Open fires, good chip shop near by. Not to be missed, Summer or Winter.
