Very busy but we were shown to a table immediately on entering. I asked if I could have a bacon sandwich, which wasn't on the menu, and it was delicious. The tea was in attractive character pots and cups and saucers delicate china. The cakes looked wonderful but it was too early in the day to sample. A lovely experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous brunch/ breakfast. Spoilt for choice on the menu. Both the things we ordered were delicious, coffee was lovely, didn't have a cake but they looked incredible. Fast and friendly service.

Outstanding cafe, really quirky, very friendly staff, and really interesting menu. I had The Stack, and have to say, it was delicious. I had an extra sausage and egg, but it didn't need it. My partner had scrambled egg, which was huge portion with extra avocado and salmon. Really delicious. The cakes were awesome as well. Wish we lived in Tonbridge Wells to go more often!

Wonderfully tasty veggie food in this independent cafe. All the food on display looked delicious and we got food envy looking at the food on other tables. We had breakfast here twice in 2 days. First day we had a plain croissant and an almond croissant- out of this world! 2nd day we had the smashed avocado on sourdough with beetroot humus etc. Again just too good. When we went to pay we were too tempted by the veggie sausage rolls and purchased 2 for when we got back home to Cornwall. And reasonable prices too.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional brunch at Juliets Cafe, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the delightful outdoor seating on the street to the mouthwatering smashed avocado toast, every aspect of this dining experience was truly top-notch. The outdoor seating area at Juliets is an absolute gem. As I arrived on a sunny morning, I was greeted by charming tables adorned with colorful flowers, overlooking the bustling street. The pleasant ambiance combined with the warm sunshine created a perfect atmosphere to enjoy a leisurely brunch. The staff was attentive and quick to find me a comfortable spot, making me feel right at home amidst the hustle and bustle of the town. Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the smashed avocado toast. I've had my fair share of avocado toast, but Juliets takes it to a whole new level. The toast itself was perfectly toasted, providing a delightful crunch with each bite. The avocado was impeccably ripe, spread generously over the toast, creating a creamy and indulgent base. To add an extra burst of flavor, they topped it off with a sprinkle of tangy feta cheese and a healthy serving of sunflower seeds. The combination of textures and flavors was simply divine. Every bite was a harmonious blend of creaminess, crunch, and tanginess, making it a true brunch masterpiece. Aside from the outstanding avocado toast, Juliets offers an impressive array of brunch options. From classic full English breakfasts to unique takes on worldwide brunch classics, their menu caters to every brunch lover's cravings. The quality of the ingredients used was evident in every dish, and the presentation was nothing short of excellent. The service at Juliets deserves special mention. The staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience, providing helpful recommendations and catering to any dietary preferences or restrictions. In conclusion, Juliets delivers an exceptional brunch experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. The charming outdoor seating on the street adds an extra touch of magic, while the avocado toast stands out as a must-try dish. With outstanding service and a menu that satisfies anyone's brunch desires, this cafe has truly earned its five-star rating. I will be back soon to enjoy it once again!

We had such a delightful experience at Juliets, and we sure made unique weather and culinary memories. We decided to sit outside when the sun was shining and it would be a lovely way to take in the ambience if the community. Unfortunately it started to hail, to add to the adventure, but none the less the staff moved us to a safe and cozy location where we could still enjoy outside. The food was scrumptious and of course we tried some delish dishes .... the sausage roll, lemon feather cake, and the egg florentine were yummy... and oh my gosh, the avocado smash was delicious. Thank you so much. Cheers, Spicy Jan

This is a definite must for anyone visiting Tunbridge Wells. It's no secret this is the best coffee/cake shop in town. I've been greatly impressed by its quirky vibe, fantastic decorations, perfectly fitting cake display and wonderful staff. I actually brunched there so no cake reviews, but the jubilee sarnie I was served was delicious. It feels like an honest place – generous food and drink, no unnecessary high-end pretentiousness, and it nails its subtly humorous attitude towards English culture. I will definitely go back there when I visit the town again.

Lemon feather cake was delightful. The coffee and walnut no where near as nice. It had a crust, I’m sure I could taste flour and there was a hint of coffee rather than a smack in the mouth 💥 I’m told it was celiac and gluten free (I think this is what I was told and this accounts for why it tastes different). I had a three shot Americano and they don’t charge extra for the extra shot - better than the cake shed I visited Monday.
