So happy to find this place - we popped up to visit my mum who had travelled down from Scotland and having our dog with us it was great to see the doggie friendly sign. That was before we even stepped inside! Once in the server was delightful, just the right amount of interaction, and the food was excellent - certainly beyond my expectations. My mum and aunt have never seen burgers like it :) Despite being in a central location the prices were incredibly reasonable. I'd go back to Scarborough just for the hot dogs here.

This place was a last minute decision and the right one! Me and the wife celebrating our wedding anniversary and just wanted a good quality American style meal, I had the Philly cheese steak and she had the Burger! The quality was out of this world!!! I had a bite of the burger and it was one of the best I've ever tasted (and I've had quite a few to say the least). And the lady on the counter was lovely!! Banging food! Don't let the interior fool you! This is not "just a cafe" as I heard someone say on the way out! It is top notch American grub!!

Loved it, fantastic food, highly recommended. Takes a while to cook but well worth the wait. Staff very helpful and accommodating, will help you decide if you're unsure of what to order. Picture is of the "Notorious P.I.G". Philly cheese steak was amazing and son says the Mac N Cheese was the best he's ever had.

What an awesome restaurant! We went here on Saturday night and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and great value, and the service was excellent! Shout out to Ashley and Faith who served us and made us feel so welcome and who were just lovely all evening. Drink was reasonably priced too. My husband had the notorious PIG (which was huuuge) and I had the pulled pork burger. Oh and to top it all off they let our little dog Neville in :-) We will definitely be back!

Service is outstandingly friendly. The food is great portions of unique and delicious flavors. The prices are very agreeable for what you get. They even have famous food challenges. I did the nacho one and it was a great food+social experience. I'm a big dude with a nearly unstoppable appetite, yet my face is somewhere on the ceiling of shame. I'm a red-blooded American and I approve of East Coast Kitchen on the basis that it is a genuinely good restaurant, regardless of the American theme. I am most certainly going to revisit.
