Was brought by a friend of mine to this lovely place tucked away by peaceful nature. Fabulous service and location, made better by the surroundings and the food.
I opted for the Full English where mushrooms and tomatoes were substituted at no hassle at all. The presentation was very appealing, and the food itself was outstanding. You can tell in the flavour how fresh and local the produce is, by far the best bacon I've ever had also! Everything was superb and I can't wait to return, by far the best Full English breakfast I've had to date, extremely impressed by this experience and would recommend it to anyone who is passing by.

Attended the Christmas Elf Trail ans Christmas themed Applestore Cafe over the weekend. Only spent a couple of hours here but we had a great time. I had the full Breakfast on the menu and it was spot on. One of the best I've had! Fresh ingredients. Came with a lovely pot of tea too.
Everyone on site was really pleasant and seemed happy to be there. Really well organised and all the stalls made it all feel very festive 🎅🏼 they had a Santa's Grotto so was great for the kids & mulled wine for the adults.
Definitely be returning to Applestore Cafe in the new year.
Cheers guys!

Great cafe set in pleasant gardens not far from the M6. We visited on a beautiful day and sat outside. Service was efficient and reasonably speedy despite the cafe being very busy. I had a lovely goat’s cheese salad and my husband chose a wrap.

What a lovely place. Excellent fish and chips with sweet potato fries. Dog friendly of course. Nice outdoor seating for good weather, we sat inside in the greenhouse.

Disappointing...
We are a party of 3 visiting for brunch today. The menu has a good variety of food but is a little pricey. The staff were friendly and efficient.
We ordered 2 breakfasts which were good but one of our party had the sandwich (gf)/ soup. For £10.50 it was very poor. The cheese sandwich arrived without the chutney, which had to be asked for and the soup was tasteless and thin.
Whilst it does state on the menu that you can swap your garnish for a reduced priced soup, I think the picture shows just how disappointing and over priced this is. After complaining the soup was refunded however I really think that the owners should consider their offering / prices.

Coffee by the wood burner before we set off on our walk up to Nicky Nook, after the descent we headed back here for a scrumptious lunch & a good old chin wag... can't wait to go back.... would like to see an upgrade in the loos 🚻

This is a gorgeous spot for breakfast, with really nice décor and toasty atmosphere. The vegan breakfast was hearty and they had vegan cakes too, although I was too full to try them. The grounds and shops are worth wandering too.
