This place is fantastic and you can tell there’s lots of thought and care put into this place.
Warm, family-friendly atmosphere and a very clean, well-kept space. Feels like a safe space for anyone. Lots of great food and drink options, including alcohol.
Staff super helpful and friendly and let you know when your time slot is about to expire and if you would like to extend it. They can give you suggestions for games based on players, too.
The games library here is so extensive and everything seems to be in great condition. Lots of games available to buy, too. There’s even a little shelf under the table to put your board game bits!
Honestly one of my favourite spots I’ve ever visited, so relaxing, fun and cheaper than I imagined. Can’t wait to return to try more games and food.
I thought I would have a coffee before going to Sheffield United game. I decided to have tomato and basil soup. This was the best soup I have ever had! The atmosphere was great. Plenty of space for my wheelchair to get around.

Had a brilliant few hours here! So many games to choose from and you can pre book a table for as many hours as you like. Nice selection of snacks and light bites and drinks to keep you going! Definitely recommend!
A beautiful Board game cafe and very easy to navigate. If you’re looking for a place to get lost in for a few hours, i would definitely recommend this! They had plenty of games even for 2 players!
Just had a lovely grilled cheese sandwich and a wonderful pint of IPA. Didn't play any games, but there is a whole world to choose from!
Lovely brunch cafe. We didn’t book, but I would recommend booking as it gets busy. The lady serving us was lovely and let us use the board games for free despite not booking. Coffee was good and the banoffee flapjack is nice. Would go again.

The main room was lively and a bit too loud for one of our daughters a staff member saw this and offered us stable in a quieter area. Food is fantastic. So many games. Recommendation menu for beginners was very helpful. Thank you for a fun afternoon.
This place is great, good selections of games to play all ordered and easy to find. The atmosphere is brilliant and vibrant and has a lovely warm feeling to the place. Service is great, staff are knowledgeable about games, give great advice and always friendly and welcoming. My only criticism (and it’s a small one) is the food could be better, nachos being the best in my opinion and value for money, but the other stuff isn’t to my liking. But I really like that all their food (inc crisps and fizzy drinks) are all locally sourced, which is a ++ for me. The milkshakes are a must - luxury! All in all a great place to hang with friends and is always a place I personally recommend to visit with my friends weekly if I can.
