Went to this pub to celebrate St Patrick the Patron Saint of Nigeria only to find the good people of Fagans had decked the place out with Nigerian green, a lovely touch, seemed popular with Irish people that day too, I don't know why.

Excellent beers and pies. Good to see bass on tap and a variety of pies and sausage rolls. Great pub.

Best pub I've ever been to. Back room packed with a table of people playing irish instruments in the middle. Everyone singing and clapping. Fantastic.

Did not have food. Beautiful pub atmosphere, musicians in the back room playing together but did not know each other. Lovely leisurely evening.

The live band gives the place a wonderful atmosphere without ever being overbearing. Cosy and subdued lighting in the best way. Good selection of whisk(e)ys!
