Absolute top draw... my family and I called in for a chippy treat after the circus.
The chips were perfect, the haddock cooked fresh and the batter not at all greasy.
It was a beautiful meal. Seven of us had something different from the menu and we all agreed it was the beautiful. Some even said it was the best chippy they had been to. Doesn't quite beat the Yorkshire Fisheries in Blackpool for me but it is a VERY close second!

Had cod, chips and peas tonight and they were really good. Fish was excellent - cooked to order and really good quality. Loads of chips and was also offered tartar and a lemon included.
Been quite a few times and fish always good.
Cost on par with others for large cod and chips.
Highly recommended.

The shop has a good exterior look which makes it inviting. On entry, the shop appears clean and tidy. There are seats if required. A TV on one wall and a clear, reasonable and organised price list on the other. The staff are practiced and skilful from order to service. The food is well cooked and wrapped, giving a good impression on dishing up at home. This then provides a good eating experience, satisfying hunger and expectations alike.

Ran in for a quick tea last night and qas taken back by how well there food was presented. Everything so clean and organised while on the rack. Is was a quiet time and the staff and owner are very friendly and good banter. The fish and chips are my new favorite in the area 😋

Welcoming as soon as we walked in the door.
I have several food allergies which were takin into account when I was ordering my food.
The fish (haddock) and chips were super tasty (I would even go as far as saying they were better than a famous chippy in Whitby) with decent portion sizes.

Not been to for years.
Loved the fish. Curry sauce nice flavour but a bit runny. Chips were on verge of some very slightly under cooked. Portion size was good. Inside looked very clean and tidy with 2 staff on.
