5 stars all round. I asked the lady who was wrapping the chips, on a scale of 1-10 how good are your chips. She replied 10 and she wasn't lying. Definitely going back for a 2nd visit

Absolute the best fish and chips ive had in years and i live 5 minutes from the fishing port of Fremantle, Western Australia.

This was my childhood Chippy.
When I was a nipper, I was always sent down to Pete's to get Saturday lunch to give my Mom a break from cooking.
That was over 50 years ago and honestly, I still haven't found a Fish and chip shop to match it!
The reviews look very promising, so
I'm coming back very soon, just to see if it's nostalgia or if this is really is one of the best chippys in the UK.
(I suspect I won't be disappointed:)

Great chippy, friendly staff, portion sizes are a touch small though.

Arguably the best fish and chip shop in Sheffield let down with it only being open Thu, Fri, Sat. They also only take cash payment and there isn't a cash machine in Grenoside. It would also be mutually beneficial if they did deliveries, perhaps through Uber eats etc.

Spot on here. Really tasty. Unlike other chippies, they actually cook their chips properly.
