Fantastic restaurant! Been going for many years. Take your own wine (they also sell it). Their fillet steaks have always been amazing. Around the £25 mark. Meals are so tasty & fresh. Save room, if you can, for dessert. A friend and I shared the Baileys Cheesecake pictured. My main meal this time was the Fillet Buckingham. Can't wait for my next visit. Book ahead.
This is our 3rd visit to BBs and we were impressed yet again! The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is simply wonderful, I was able to make changes to my dish and it was still perfect! Our only minor complaint was the pasta sauce was a little watery, however was still very tasty! Safe to say we will be back again!

My partner and I were welcomed at the front of the restaurant with lovely smiles and were given a nice table toward the back. The restaurant is a little dim, making for a more intimate atmosphere, the tables are somewhat close together but gives it a cosy, homely feel. The menu had moderate vegetarian options (around 2-5 per category).
We ordered a cheesy garlic bread, margarita pizza and tagliatelle dolcelatte. The cheesy garlic bread and margherita pizza were absolutely divine, the dough in both were cooked perfectly and the cheese to bread ratio was generous. Some restaurants tend to give more dough than cheese or tomato sauce, but this pizza was the definition of perfection. Lastly the tagliatelle dolcelatte was also quite good, though the cheese flavour can be a little bit strong, and the meal gets heavy very quickly (I struggled to finish it!). However, it contained uncrushed pepper kernels which gave the dish a little zing, which I absolutely loved.
The staff were all friendly and our food came out relatively quickly. The service was very professional and of a high standard. The cost was about £18 per person for our starter, two mains and two drinks.
Was recommended by a friend to come here when visiting Sheffield, BB’s definitely did not disappoint!! Incredible food, lovely staff and inviting atmosphere! Will be back soon
Me and my family came here Christmas Eve. Really friendly staff and made us feel very welcome ,very child friendly made sure our grandaughter had everything she needed, food was the best Italian I've ever tasted and piping hot great job see soon😋😋
Today, we visited B.B.'s and had a cheerful welcome, enjoying good food and drinks. We noticed diners bringing their own bottles of wine to pay corkage, which is good to know for next time. I gave the venue a clean sweep on the star ratings because the men's toilet was exceptionally clean and spotless, which to me means an excellent reflection on the whole restaurant, staff, and kitchen.
Thanks to all the staff, we'll be back.
A trip down memory lane here, returning to BB's for the first time in over a decade. Still excellent quality Italian food with a wonderful home-cooked vibe. Staff are friendly, attentive and patient and the food is to die for. It remains the place to go to in Sheffield for an excellent Italian.
We visited here on Saturday afternoon. There were 9 of us celebrating two birthdays. We were seated upstairs in the restaurant. It was quite busy, we had booked the table and I would recommend booking for evenings and weekends. The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly . The menu is good with specials available too on the blackboard. The restaurant is licenced but allow customers to take their own wine. We took our own wine which reduced the overall cost. Nine of us split the bill equally and it cost £32 each. We all had a starter and a main course, the food was lovely and tasty. I would say portion size is on the smaller side. Toilets are available upstairs.
This place is a gem! Been coming here for many years but today the team surpassed themselves, was out with my sister in law for her 60th birthday, she is gluten intolerant so she had chosen a restaurant which(supposedly) catered for her needs, when we got there(a party of 9) we were informed that the only thing she could eat off their menu was a chicken breast! She understandably was really upset, a quick call to Bb’s, and they accommodated our party with 5 minutes notice (they did a bit of table reshuffle for which we were so grateful) 9 meals, a few drinks, and a rousing rendition of “happy birthday” later we were so happy! The food, the service, the staff were absolutely A1, thank you so much Bb’s you truly saved the day! We will be forever grateful to you for just going that extra step, you never disappoint, but today was above and beyond, again, Thank you!😍
Fabulous meal last night, dropped.in by chance before see Seal at City Hall. What a find, will be back excellent from start to finish. Lovely food great service. Many thanks, we will be back
