Superb food at very reasonable price. A good choice of menue. The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull, portions are very generous. The home made pie was excellent. Good size car park with easy access into the pub. Thank's for a great lunch, will definitely come back.

Me and my mum had a perfectly fine time here. I enjoyed the room as the beds were comfy and the bathroom was decent with a large shower and plenty of space. While we stayed they had a singer and even a séance of sorts which was interesting and a bit of fun. Food was decent.
Unfortunately one guy was locked out of his room after dark and he seemed to find it difficult to get hold of anyone but it didn’t seem like a common issue.
For a place to stay this was plenty good and the staff were a friendly lot. Thanks!

Had an excellent meal here started with chilli nachos and then the home made beef brisket pie which was the best pie I've ever eaten couldn't eat it all great service by a friendly lady at the bar would definitely recommend this place to eat .

This was my third stay in the Norfolk Arms since its take over. Its a beautiful friendly pub. The food is honestly amazing. Portions are huge. Breakfast is amazing. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Very peaceful location.

We came up to stay for a wedding. The room was clean, well stocked and very spacious. The shower room was modern, little on the small side, I was on the toilet, my other half opened the door and smacked my toes. The staff were really friendly and we enjoyed a good chat with them until closing. Food was lovely, especially the breakfast. I highly recommend staying here if you have to go that way. It's a 15min walk from Chapel town.

Was working in the area for a week and The Norfolk Arms was perfectly placed for me. Very comfortable roads, really pleasant and friendly staff and the food was amazing and great value for money! Would happily stay again if I’m in the area

Worth a visit for the Sunday Roast Dinner although the rest of the menu did look appealing offering 3 courses. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. It's a 10/10 from me.

Friendly, welcoming, great selection of drinks. No cask on this visit but was assured they generally have at least one on.
