Fiesta Mexicana

Everything was absolutely perfect. I got the mixed fajitas and my best friend got chicken fajitas. Everything came out sizzling and delicious. The steak and chicken were both very tender the peppers and onions were very fresh. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The salsa was some of the best I've had... It was on the spicy side but that's the way I like it. The cheese dip was not runny like some places, it was very good. The tortilla chips were thin and crispy and very fresh. The tea was a different story however... My best friend said the tea tasted like honey or raw cane Suger. Personally, I rather enjoyed it. It wasn't overpowering like some of the tea typically served in the south. I don't see how this place has any bad reviews If the rest of their food is as good as what we had because it's as good as anything I've had. I highly recommend you ignore some of the bad reviews and give this place a shot to redeem their name because they are definitely worth it.

I ordered a Togo order of chicken nacho El carbon and steak fajita salad. When I got home everything is wrong. The chicken is in the salad and the steak and El carbon items are in a separate box, chips in a different bag. The beans are in the salad. The fajita stuff in the nacho. None of it makes sense.

Horrible customer service; my food was old, dry, and overcooked (burnt on some places). I had to get up and find my server to put my order in. I has to ask for a refill for my son. I never received a refill. The server never came to check on us. I had to ask another server to find out server so that I could get my ticket and pay. I will not support this establishment again.

This restaurant will PUNISH you for a to-go order. Every item you order will incur a 25 cent charge as a to-go fee. If you get a large cheese dip they will ADD a $2.99 to go charge (which is stated on their menu). Their A La Cart Burritos are $3.99 in store, but they charge $5.99 if you order to go as well as a $1 up-charge for steak, and of course the extra $.25 cents. So an A La Cart steak burrito to go will be $7.24, not the $4.99 if you ordered in-store. The food is exactly the same as any other strip mall Mexican restaurant, so at least you know exactly what you'll get, just be sure to know exactly what you'll pay before ordering to go. A cheese dip, burrito, taco salad, and two side tacos should not cost $37 bucks... If you want to spend that much go to Rosie's. If you want actual authentic Mexican in the shoals go to the Taqueria on Florence Boulevard.
