One of the best experiences I have ever had. The coffee shop was clean and we had a lovely chat to Lisa and Helen.
Popped in earlier this evening and was keen to review. Two female staff members were on the shop floor and were most attentive.
I don't recall both names though, one called Hannah, but they were both equally attentive, kind and fully versed with the seasonal items, offers and trends. I was really impressed by their service and approachability. My son ordered a Billionaire's Sundae. It was beautifully presented and did taste as good as it looks.

Great visit, no issues this time with machines not working. Enjoyed drinks, staff were awesome and reminded us of our discount, will visit again.

Friendly staff, nice spacious shop with little seated café areas both inside and on street along the shop front. Air conditioning and customer toilets inside too.

Decided to treat ourselves to some of the very nice hot drinks. The latte and hot chocolate were delicious and I am looking forward to my next one!
The team running the shop made the experience even more enjoyable. We enjoyed 3 hot chocolate drinks, 2 biscuits and an ice-cream in the small café Nice range in the shop, with helpful and knowledgeable staff. The VIP membership card helps and gave us a 15% discount.
Lovely shop,had two cappuccinos and after we bought some chocolate boxes.Both female staff were very polite and friendly.
