Absolutely amazing, my only gripe is I didn't get the name of our waitress! She was amazing, so friendly & super attentive. She went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic service, young blonde lady long hair, honestly thank you so much. You made the meal all the more better! drinks where quick, food was quick & tasted fantastic. Will definitely come back again! :)

AMAZING food. The service was really good, the waitress recognised one of our group as having been before and even remembered about what they ordered previously. Food all arrived at the same time and really flavourful and good quality. Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for so it's worth it.

Visited here on a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday. We had mentioned it when booking our table that we were having a rare night without the kids and were looking forward to celebrating my birthday with them. Manager greeting us at the say was really friendly and made a point of wishing me a "happy birthday" which was a nice touch. when our server took our drinks order he then revealed the manager wanted to give me a drink on the house. This was also lovely and a nice surprise. We ate 3 courses and every course was beautifully presented, piping hot and tasted delicious. The server was polite, helpful and friendly and paid us enough attention to make us feel appreciated and important but was not overly attentive that it caused a nuisance. It was perfect. Cocktails and other drinks were nice and price wise the entire meal and drinks were on a par with other similar restaurants in Solihull Overall, Firejacks have a really great product, with excellent staff and we would highly recommend it. We will be back soon.

First visit to Firejacks and these guys know how to feed you! Full rack of ribs and chicken skewers were delicious! The ribs are lean and juicy and the sauce compliments it perfectly. The restaurant decoration is fresh and designed for comfort and socialising. The staff are friendly and the food was served in good time. All in all a perfect night out and I'll surely be back again soon!

Excellent customer service ! Ordered a beef burger with extra patty, monteray jack cheese sauce, pickles and lettuce and had the juiciest burger ever ! What I ordered was not on the menu but they were very kind to create one according to my choice. Loved the skin on fries and onion rings as well. All in all, amazing experience, and each and every staff member thanked us on our way out. Finest culinary experience and such a friendly atmosphere ! keep it up !

I really like this restaurant. Just been there for the 3rd time since it opened with my partner and 4 year old (who loves it there). We can always get a table even walking in without a reservation on a busy Saturday. The service goes above and beyond. Staff always address my 4 year old and always go out of the way to cater for him. They are also very quick, friendly and efficiant. The kids meal deal is only £5.95 for a large meal and they are almost adult sized. The quality is good and the food is really good value. We have never been a fan of cramped and noisy spaces so this is ideal as it's open, calm and decorated modestly. If I had to quibble about anything it would be that there is limited choice of food as mainly burgers, pizza, hot dogs etc however- what they do they do well. Highly recommended.
