Fabulous place to eat. Excellent service, and the staff loved our dog, Sherlock. We were made to feel valued. Food is brilliant.

Treated so well by Madison. We were trying out some of the newer dishes on the menu and with some guidance we had a beautiful meal.. Loved the new burger special. We very much enjoyed our visit to Bill’s Southampton. As always it’s a treat.

Located on the West Quay Shopping area, in the cinema area with the other restaurants, on the lower level. Access is by stairs or lift. There are tables inside and out. The menu has a wide range of options of food and drink. Bill's offers special/seasonal menu. Prices are average. Food and drink service is prompt. The restaurant was clean and tidy as well as the outside area and toilets.

Amazing! Delicious food. Friendly, fast service. Lovely atmosphere. Sat outside in the patio area which was lovely. Really yummy chicken shawarma, sweet potato fries and iced latte. Pete was great – excellent customer service.

Went here on a quiet Tuesday night. All the food and drinks were great. The only thing that I didn't like was the 12.5% service charge for 4 people when the place was quiet. I know you can refuse to pay it,but it makes you feel awkward. By the way I normally do tip ,but not 12.5% ,even for a special meal 😋

Really lovely environment. Went there with my girlies for brunch, it was great to catch up and eat delicious food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, overall very impressed. The only thing I'd change is that the plates were rather wobbly 🤣 Everytime you tried to cut food, it would wobble. And I wasn't so keen on the smoothie as it was very watery. Other than that, a great place to stop for brunch!

Had a fabulous meal for my son's 17th Birthday after a recommendation from a friend. We were served by Amelia who was very attentive, friendly and a very good server. Will highly recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful night.

We had a lunch on a sunny Sunday in their busiest time and they welcomed us, we had a designated person to look after our table. Food was nice and nice atmosphere. We noticed that they have a lot of regular customer.

Visiting Southampton we enjoyed a great experience.
The desserts we enjoyed were exceptional. The quality of service and friendliness of the waitress Stacey was of a high standard, making for a great time on the terrace of this venue.
