Great service and customer care. The food was the best I ever had in a while. Each meat had its own unique taste. Would definitely recommend coming here and experiencing the fine food
Southampton needs more places like this. I have been to restaurants all over Europe and this reminds me of those - fast service, courteous waiting staff and reasonable prices. Superb building and decor. Also great entertainment in the form of a swing singer in the courtyard. Highly recommended.
Good portions. Chicken shish kebabs were not as juicy as expected. The wings were delicious and chicken bayte was good 👍

Beautiful restaurant, went with my friend for my birthday. Food was really tasty but would have preferred a bigger portion for what we payed for. Dessert was also amazing I got a rice pudding and it was made fresh same day. The only thing I would improve is that some of the waiters just occasionally stand around and even when you look at them to signal that you would like them to come over they don't respond and just stand there (I won't blame them as they work long hours, this might have been a one time occurence) Also presentation could be a bit better. I wouldn't mind waiting longer for my food if presentation was top notch.
First time here, came with colleagues for my leaving meal. Welcome was amazing, seated very quickly. Drinks order taken and delivered with speed. Food came quickly and was delicious. We all paid separately and this didn't phase them! Waiter came over to see if we enjoyed our meal which was a very personal touch to the end of our experience. Would highly recommend for meat eaters and vegetarians alike
It’s recommended by my friend which is fine and nice place to have dinner.
The potion of all the dishes is huge and we can finish it at all(we did take it back home and haven’t waste the food).
All the staff a really nice and kind and if you don’t know what to have just ask for an suggestion and don’t be shy!
The restaurant also have live bands, not really into it but still fine, overall it’s good to try.
Lovely food lovely staff, definitely regulars now, carnt rate this place enough all the staff work incredibly hard, creamy garlic chicken is delicious all the food is gorgeous and all the staff are lovely, my favourite place now atmosphere is brilliant would highly recommend thanks 😊
I would give this a 4.5 if available as the only complaint I would have is that the gents bathroom is hilariously small. 2 people and its full. Everything else was excellent. The food, the ambience, the beer and the service are all 5 star with the added bonus that i thought it was extremely good value as well. Definitely worth going there.
First time at ottoman kitchen and it was amazing. staff were incredible and I must say it was spotless and stunning. Decor was so together, very modern. We went on a Saturday and there was a DJ playing all kinds of music creating a great relaxed atmosphere even when so busy. Then came the food (dribbling ) it was so nice so fresh tasting the waitress recommended what to have and she was not wrong. I now crave the food and cannot wait to go back 🥰
