Very crowded for the Bank Holiday. Very nice staff. Telephone support line was particularly helpful after a breakdown meant we had to change our ferry time.

My first time to visit Isle of Wight by coach, just go holiday for 4days by coach and we catch a ferry in Red Funnel, a lovely experience indeed. I didn’t know Red Funnel then until my holiday. So there, you know it now, visit Isle of Wight, by Ferry in Red Funnel. See you there, maybe! 🥰🙏🥰❤️

Took this car ferry from the Isle of Wight to Southampton many times. The ferry is always on time. Crossing is pleasant. You can purchase food and drink on the boat and the toilets are clean. Plenty of seating with tables. To make the time past quickly I recommend brining a book to read with you.

Went with a coach holiday company via Southampton. Docks to the Isle of Wight. Boarding was quick and efficient. There's free WiFi on board. There's a cafe, bat and small shop on board. Prices were high though. The journey takes about an hour according to Google Maps

Great ferry, no issues to me so far. On time there and back. There was limited access to the lift only. Food, drinks, toilets, all in the spot.

Reliable and efficient ferry service, very accommodating when your early or even missed your ferry. Looking forward to when we get a dog to use the pet lounge!

Hi quality service, well organised and made very easy to travel. No need for tickets or booking ref. Upon arrival by the entrance, an Automatic Plate Recognition Camera brings all the info to the staff members, and they will direct you to the correct lane, while waiting for loading.
Loading starts 15min before departure time so I would recommend to be around 20min before your booked slot.
On my way back from the Isle of Wight I called to ask if it is possi le to travel at a later time, and a very polite person on the other aide of the phone helped me very efficiently to postpone my ferry 3,5h.
I am very satisfief with the service.
The cabun inside is warm and clean.
Food prices on board are inflated a lot so grab your snacks from the lokal shops before boarding.
