Really lovely service, if you ever meet “Henry” in the bar, you’re in for a great time. He prioritises what you want and is so lovely, genuinely good vibes! Henry was so chatty and lovely and starting our evening at the bar was so nice. Food service was quick and great portions. Lovely staff too:-) would recommend

Went last week with extended family and had a great time. Staff were all lovely, really helpful and attentive. The food is good, the garlic butter for the dough balls was amazing, the pizzas are huge and you can get half and half which is great. I went rogue and got the half chicken Tikka pizza but this was a mistake, didn't really taste of chicken Tikka at all, was a bit plain and boring. The BBQ chicken was nice. Overall it's worth a visit but don't expect amazing Italian pizzas, they are good but not great.

The food is excellent. This is a very popular city restaurant. Large seating capacity and gets very busy. Once the orders were placed it was a speedy service. Friendly and helpful staff. Lighting was low-key, so much so we had to use phone torches to read the menu. We also asked for more t-lights on our table so we could see our meals. Overall, it was a good choice.

It was a restaurant recommended by a friend who was local to the area. The restaurant overlooks the old stone city wall and with a window table has a lovely view from the first floor. Our order was taken by a lovely waitress called Amalia whose table service was 100% satisfaction also serving was Shae who also provided good customer service. The food was lovely and there was not a long wait for it to arrive. I would definitely recommend L'Osteria as a nice place for a meal and candles are put up on the shelves as well as on the tables giving it a nice romantic touch. Also as amazing as it seems you get Italian lessons through a speaker 🔊 inviting you to repeat what has been said how it has been said in the washrooms (toilets) which are very clean. So on my weekend trip from London to Southampton I must say that I enjoyed eating at L'Osteria more than any other restaurant.

Fantastic Pizzeria. Every slice is fuil of flavour and the staff are only too pleased to help. The pizza is HUGE !! Really Good value - we go to L'Osteria everytime we go to Southampton (which is every 6 weeks) - just wish they were a chain all over UK, not just in Europe - they would be fantastic in London!

Absolutely outstanding pizza experience! The pizza here is simply divine – every slice bursts with flavor and is cooked to perfection. Whether you're a fan of classic Margherita or adventurous toppings, they've got something for everyone. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure your dining experience is top-notch. If you're a pizza lover, this place is an absolute must-visit.

We booked for a birthday lunch. There was 4 of us, and we ordered 3 pizzas, 1 calzone, 3 soft drinks & 1 Cocktail. Everything was cooked beautifully, pizzas enormous as always. My Cocktail was delicious & quite strong. We couldn't finish it all, and were offered doggy bags which we happily accepted. Service was quick, and well natured. Cost was under £80, so quite reasonable considering the quality of food. Overall, a happy experience & we will certainly book again.

Only waited 15 minutes for a table, staff were so friendly and kept us up to date with how long we had to wait. My god well worth the wait!! Pizza was huge and tasted amazing! Pasta again had amazing flavour and large portion. Really good price too. Lovely restaurant and will be our go to when we are in Southampton
