Not been to a Nando’s before. I was seen by a lovely young lady, sorry, but I can’t remember her name. She was so helpful to me, probably because I look like Santa. She explained how to order using the QR code. She brought me my glass and later my food. Made sure everything thing was alright, as did another young lady. I left quietly and she even popped out to wish me a safe journey and a good day. I’m well impressed with that level of customer service

Good food for a decent price what can I say. Medium seasoning is on point 👌 sad that people can walk in and out and steal delivery food (happened literally as we were coming out of the restaurant)

Omg! I've been looking for a good restaurant since ever. Nandos won my heart with that tasty, hot! Delicious chicken. The fries, hot sauce, literally everything, is so amazing 👏!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD. Customer service at nandos guildhall above bar street, is exceptional 👌 so friendly staff and atmosphere.

We had a lovely meal. When my son ordered the wrong sauce that ended up being too hot for him, without a question they changed his meal for a milder sauce at no added cost. Great customer service

I'm so impressed with the food. The chicken is so tender and juicy. The flavor is so good. The spicy rice and Peri- salted chips are both so good. The Pastel de Nata has a unique flavor, very custardy I love it.
