H Palace Restaurant & Takeaway

Ordered twice using justeat and I have to say that I was really satisfied with our meal. This weekend with family visiting we decided to order from the same place as the previous meals were really good. What a deception!!! We ordered 4 meals as we were 4. Crispy duck as a starter and all we got was bones and only 6 pancakes, the sauce was not enough for all the pancakes. We ordered chicken with cashew nuts and we got chicken with peanuts (I know that cashew nuts are more expensive but please remove it from your menu). Also, the lucky biscuits were only 3 and not 4. What a disillusion... will not order again!!!

Ordered last night drunken food u would think u would enjoy it even when drunk! But I didn't king prawn curry was like water . Sweet and sour hong Kong style tasted like gravy chowmain had no flavour what so ever a microwave meal would of tasted better then this rubbish waste of money get someone who knows how to cook and dump the chef u have horrible food will never order again from this place

Why is there not an option for zero stars? Worst takeaway I have EVER experienced. 1) The delivery guy asked us if we wanted our change... um, yes. If we wanted to give you £20 we would have SPENT £20. 2) Undercooked, unseasoned, cold chips. 3) Egg fried rice and chow mein tasted of cardboard. 4) Crispy "chicken" was so hard it almost broke a tooth. 5) Soft, odd tasting, prawn crackers. 6) Spicy Szechuan chicken was not spicy. We could have gotten over the poor quality food, if we hadn't have received the following response when calling up to request a refund: We called up to complain and were initially told we would receive a call back two minutes later.... Half an hour later we called them back, only to be told they were waiting for the manager to return to speak to us. We called back again, over two hours later, only to be told that the manager wasn't in and we would receive a call tomorrow from the manager. At 7pm the following day, we rang the takeaway (having not heard anything further from them) and before we had even explained what our complaint was, the manager told us 'if you don't like our food, then go elsewhere'. Then proceeded to hang up. Never have I been spoken to with such disregard and contempt. I am genuinely shocked by how little this takeaway values it's customers.

Where to start? No customer service skills! Selling drinks for £1.80 although price marked at 49p and multi pack cans as singles. When challenged about this started to shout at me and had to be removed by the owner not the level of service you expect from people in this industry! A big let down will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
