We’ve been going to Channy’s Kitchen since day one. The food is always amazing, Channy and everyone are super friendly and it’s great value for money too.

Love this place! Can’t go wrong with their traditional English breakfast but definitely recommend their Thai dishes for lunch/dinner. Bring your own bottle and ask for the honey roast pork and sticky rice, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing food and flavours. Have eaten here a few times now and the food is always good. I would highly recommend for a relaxed evening with great food.

This is a tiny place that lives as a cafe in the day, but transforms into a restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings. I was delighted by the fresh authentic Thai and Cambodian dishes we tried and by the personal service from the proprietors. We brought our own wine, which I always prefer, and we will definitely be back

Channy and Simon run a real gem here. My wife and I quickly became regulars for good reason. Some damn fine food and such friendly owners. Some and support this family business. P.S. Get the honey roast pork, you won't be disappointed.

Omg!! The food is so good! I would highly recommend this place. If you are looking for no frills just great home cooked Thai food you should visit this place. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. There was a little wait for the food to arrive, but no biggy as the food is cooked from scratch.

By far the most authentic Asian food in Southend. We had the seabass (Which you need to order in advance) it was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. Also the khmer curry was very tasty. The service was fantastic start to finish and the restaurant really has a family home cooked feel to it.

Amazing service, delicious and authentic dishes that haven't been westernised, plus Channy was really happy to adapt any dish to avoid my food allergies.
If you do plan on visiting, especially Fri/Sat evenings, I'd book ahead as they've often got the fully booked sign outside now that more people are hearing about the place!
