Can be a bit pricey but myself and my partner do well from the yellow tagged reduced to clear. Also some items are quite competitive and the thing that is most attractive is the quality. Less ultra processed foods and more organic.

Apart from the americano totally lacking any flavour, the cafe is lovely, especially the sultana scones. Always friendly staff. Early morning is a relaxing experience.

I have got a wedding next month. I picked a few dresses to take into the changing room. The assistant who greeted me was very helpful, friendly and professional from the word go, I immediately felt at ease. The assistant was called Emma and was new. Emma said if there was anything I needed help with to ask. I couldn't zip the dress up and Emma was at hand to help me and assured me it looked good. Emma then suggested shoes that would compliment the dress which again were great then brought a handbag to match. I cannot believe how kind and thoughtful Emma was with a good eye for detail which is just what you need when you are choosing a wedding outfit. I will definitely be back to your Southport shop and Emma is an absolute asset to your store. Please can someone pass on congratulations to such a hardworking, kind and thoughtful member of your team.

Always a pleasure to shop here.The staff are helpful and the coffee shop is excellent. I always find it very touching to watch the coffee shop staff despite being busy engaging so nicely with older "regulars" who are by themselves.

Staff are very helpful but been in store three times since Christmas and toilets are dirty ,smelly and not nice need a good clean and up date

The price gap between the premium food here & mainstream supermarkets has started to narrow which is great! Impressive food hall @ M & S Southport!
The self-service tills however are slow- barcode scanners need to be sorted out as takes several scans to recognise some items......
