This is a lovely cafe. Due to working hours don't get to go as often as would like. Great selection of food and very happy to make changes to a dish if you want. All of the staff are lovely and doesn't matter if you don't go for a while, you always get a familiar welcome when you return. It's always very busy which reflects what a good place it is

I attend this cafe regularly with a disabled friend in a large wheelchair. All the staff make us both feel very welcome. Making room for the wheelchair and opening doors and the like.
The atmosphere is always good and friendly. Oh yes the food is great as well.

Coming from North London and growing up on pie and mash I was over the moon to find it here after moving out and it be 100% perfect. Will definitely be a regular, even my mum is visiting more often with the excuse to get pie and mash here! The staff are all really friendly and it’s very reasonably priced too.

Very nice staff and good food. Even when my girlfriend and I were being indecisive they were very patient with us. It was also very nice to be able to tell the friendly cook in person how delicious the meal was.
Our portions were generous and tasted great, as did our coffee and hot chocolate.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a bite to eat in town!
