Last night we had a birthday party at VIP Wine Bar and Grill for 60-70 people. We hired the whole place, which there was no charge for. VIP provided the catering and we chose half a hot buffet and half a cold buffet. The food was amazing, beautifully fresh, beautifully presented, everyone loved it. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The venue is so lovely and different from your usual party venues as it has such an intimate atmosphere. We brought our own party decorations but that's not really necessary as it is very pretty inside. Whilst preparing for this party my family and I have been to VIP on several occasions to have dinner in the evening to see what the food and staff were like etc and I can say that we have never been disappointed. I have noticed that they always have special offers on for eating so you can get some really lovely meals at great prices. All the meals I've tried here have again, been lovely, hot and fresh and the service has been fantastic. If you haven't tried this venue for a party or simply for something to eat then I would highly recommend it. Thank you to everyone at VIP who made our party go smoothly and we hope to see you all soon for some of your delicious food in a lovely setting! I'm just trying to get some of last nights guests to come for one of your lovely breakfasts but I'm struggling to rouse them! Thanks to Carolyn and Paul and the staff for everything. See you soon!

Very informal staff very friendly. Steak and homemade chips out if this world do tasty. Will definaty go again.
Beautiful place to dine! Fantastic New Chef with many years experience and a passion for what he does. Only out to please diners with good quality, fresh homemade dishes.
The food was stunning and the staff are amazing and friendly definitely coming back again.
Just come home after having one of the best meals we've had in ages. Steak was perfect, best pepper sauce I've ever had, chips tasted like real chips should, and best of all the service provided by Marie was pretty much faultless, served with humour and read her customers needs perfectly. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our evening and look forward to our next visit .
Amazing food, portions way to big for me. 😁 new bar staff working today, who was really pleasant and helpful. Owner also around and was very very approachable and helpful. A lovely lunch to celebrate my daughter's 1st wedding aniversay. Will be calling in again. Thank you
Great food, we had the mlnted lamb pie. I have a good appetite but the pie had me beat, asked for a doggy bag to bring home the rest. My dog Cindy enjoyed what I could not finish. Top marks for service in this child friendly bar.
I held my 70th birthday party/disco/buffet here on Feb. 22nd 2020 and have to say we were extremely impressed, not only with the new décor, since we remembered it as "The Barnhouse", but also with the entire presentation of venue and efficient staff. The choice of both hot and cold food which we had arranged beforehand was also extremely good and exceeded our expectations. We had some lovely comments from our guests regarding the high standard of food. Well done to you all....it was absolutely brilliant and I had a night to remember always !....I highly recommend you.
This place is an absolute gem - right down to Jasper the resident parrot. The food was truly lovely & really great portion sizes. Service is also excellent and the decor/atmosphere really cool. I believe breakfasts are amazing - I will defo be going back to try it out. Loved it!
Visited this venue for an 18th family birthday party. Its isn't huge but a lovely place to hold an event with quirky decor & even a parrot that repeats what you say. Staff are very friendly, drink prices reasonable & the food delicious. Ideal for a family or group gathering of any kind & easy to access off the M60 motorway. Thanks for a great evening 🙂
I would recommend the VIP wine bar and grill. We have just had a lovely steak meal. The service was excellent and atmosphere great on a Friday afternoon . We were looked after by a lovely lady who could not do enough for us. We will return soon... maybe on Sunday to try the famous breakfast.Thank you
