Went for breakfast here last week
The big breakfast was freshly cooked, the quality of the ingredients were really good.
Staff were friendly and chatty, the place had a lovely atmosphere.
I will definitely be using this cafe again and again.

Went for breakfast today with two good friends and wasn't disappointed.
My big breakfast was fresh cooked and contained everything I could want on a breakfast.
Friendly staff always had a smile and the quality of the bacon and sausages was very good.
Great atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend this cafe 100%.

Had toasties. Very fresh salad barms and a few daily specials now from here. The owners very chatty and friendly ... and the cafe looks very fresh and clean... cute frames for decoration

I don’t know what this horrible review are about, I eat there all the time the owner couldn’t be nicer to everyone who goes in and the food is definitely the best in the area. Don’t be fooled by the bad review in my opinion this is where you should be going for good home cooked food!!

What a breakfast! All piping hot and fresh. Service was excellent and didn't like mushrooms so the chef put in a massive slice of spam! Can't fault it. (Plasterers)

Always great food, quick and friendly service at a fair price... what more do you want?!..... Can I just add, I really don't understand any negative reviews about this place. Still top noch after new owners took over, hygiene spot on just like the grub!!

Great food at great prices, always have different home made meals on daily specials. Friendly staff always make you feel welcome! Can sit down and eat too, the cafe itself is nice and clean inside.

Ashley's is an absolute gem of a sandwich shop just off the A6, his breakfast sandwiches are the best I've had having tried the other local shops. The shop has an amazing choice for lunch and as a family run business they are creating gorgeous proper meals at lunchtimes such as curry and chilli at really reasonable prices. Needless to say since moving to the area Ashley's has become my home from home where I am always made to feel welcome and the food is consistent and utterly delicious!
