Has extensive range of quality items so unless on offer be prepared this is not poundland. I managed to purchase an item I could not source anywhere else. Staff are very helpful and polite. Definitely worth a visit.

Well laid out, very clean but most of all was how helpful and kind the sales assistant was on the Dior counter. She is a credit to your store. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she had long black hair and very pretty.
She went out of her way to help me.

An excellent shop... we got everything we set out to buy. Prices very good too. Staff pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Easy parking and bus stops nearby. Lots of other good shops situated in the town centre.

Bought two lovely jumpers and a pair of jeans, and I got a huge discount I wasn't expecting. The staff, especially the young man on menswear and the young lady on the check out were friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience a real treat

Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. An employee can assist you in finding clothing right for you and your occasion be casual or other. A cafe is available on higher floors. There is a wide main path through the floors, with smaller Isles to navigate when browsing products.

Nice staff, who are very helpful - inparticular the older staff. Well spaced out and easy to locate departments and sections. They don't stock a lot of sizes, but you may order for home or store delivery. More choice at Manchester branch, but this is dependant of store size.

Hubby and I visited the Manchester store today. Very impressed with our purchases. 20% off a lot of lovely handbags. We particularly enjoyed dining in the restaurant. The staff were very pleasant and tables were cleaned straight away after diners had left and this is how it should be.

This was my second time in this Debenhams in the space of a month, and I came away with a bargain both times. Speedy service at the check out and lots of friendly staff to wrap my crockery gifts. Please hire more staff, give more people jobs, some of the shelves were a bit bare in places but considering it was a busy Saturday in the run up to December everyone qas doing a great job.

Some really good toys and clothing at reasonable pricing but the lift is the smallest, slowest lift I know of. For such a big store this should be looked at as I spent most my time waiting for the lift. The food is good and the baby change is clean.

So my currency exchange wasn't due to be available until tomorrow but I needed it today because of work commitments.
I went in expecting nothing but they managed to sort it out for me and all at a great rate with a fiver discount voucher for the store too!
