Epic staff, delicious coffee, vegan cakes, Vegan sandwiches/paninis, alternative milks, cute interior, outdoor seating, quick take out - EVERYTHING! We're so lucky to have Coffee Block here ♡
I've only visited once so far but the cake selection was amazing, I chose a toastie however as it was early when I visited and a large oat milk coffee. The main reason I wrote this review is because the staff were so lovely, friendly and hard working. You can tell they really care about the customers and you can't put a price on that.
The best coffee house in Stockport! Great little hidden gem, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Often extremely busy but this is always a great thing to see! We always buy the Vegan cakes because they are the best and so yummy! Well worth a visit and much better than the chain coffee shops!
That was a lovely sandwich lol sorry for the half eaten sandwich and tostie!! We was toooo hungry lol, my first time coming to the coffee block I really like it it is a lovely place the chicken and bacon salad sandwich on the brown bread was tastyyy, plus that brew wow I know its half gone rubbish bloody reviewer i know!! but it was massive 2 pound odd it was it was a very nice brew big cups, i think that is a very very good price. The staff are lovely always want to do more for you always bring out the brews and food for you, even though i had a fresh sandwich the lady took it and put it on a plate for me and Brough it out with some napkins I just thought that was a nice little touch to my day, so thank you very much coffee block I will be back.... p.s I love the paint work for some reason I think the blue is just very nice I don't know why lol I just kept looking saying to my friends I really like the colour random i know lol rant over bye for now

Great coffee, great sweet treats and GREAT GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS (and vegan). I'm obsessed with their Manchester tart blondies made with almond flour and always grab an extra one or two for later. They seperate their coeliac safe cakes (normally a carrot cake) from those in the cabinet which are safe for gluten free but not safe from cross contamination due to sharing a cabinet with gluten goods. Always ask own of the lovely staff if your eunsure on your options.
They have the most accessible and cleanest toilet I've ever found at a coffee store. Plenty of space for if you're in a wheelchair or using a walker along with a changing table if you have a little one.
Really felt the need to write a review to say how fantastic the Coffee Block is. Been a couple of times and always amazed at how fantastic and friendly the staff are. The food and cakes are fresh and really tasty! Without hesitation one of the best places to relax and refresh.

I can safely say we love it here. Everything you want from a coffee shop is here. The food and drinks are lovely (we often have panini, cake and white/chocolate mocha) to which the servers know this now we have been so much! The staff are the nicest I have come across in this type of establishment which is a big draw to coming back. We purposely go into Stockport just to have lunch here. The only issue is trying to pick which of the yummy cakes to have! Not a bad issue at all!
It is often busy at peak times, such as lunch, but I never feel it is a bother for the staff and this to me is a sign of a good place.
I would highly recommend a visit (or 2!) if you are in Stockport.
The cake selection is so good that making a choice was almost overwhelming. Staff were so so lovely. And they sell some gorgeous jewellery too! Loved it here.
A very warm, welcoming place. The staff were amazingly friendly, chatty and accommodating. The food and drinks were excellent. As was the takeaway cakes we bought to have at home. The prices are fair. It didn't matter if you were a stranger or a regular everyone was welcomed in the same friendly manner. Will definitely be going back!
Love this cafe! The staff are so upbeat and friendly. They’re always smiling and professional. The hot drink selection is really good but the cakes and treats are amazing! There’s a really good selection of treats for vegans also. 🙌🏻 highly recommend.
