Barista

Popped in here this morning as the nearby main chain coffee shops were busy. I still don't know my way around Sunderland confidently so was happy to see this one. I ordered a flat white to takeaway and a granola slice. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste & texture 👌 the gentleman making my coffee perfected the pattern too and the milk was silky and smooth. I was expecting the taste to be bitter (for some reason) but it wasn't. I will definitely be back 👏 I would like to see a bit more variant of food/snack selection and perhaps more syrup selection.

Thanks to the young lady who looked after my wife after she was verbally attacked by another customer while waiting in line to be served. We have recently been shielding due to being extremely vulnerable and its a big step going out into the world again with a lot of anxiety attached. After my wife politely asked the other customer of she could maintain social distancing only to be met with a barrage of abuse she was understandably upset. Your staff member was outstanding, showing great empathy and ensuring my wife was looked after.

Met with quite a few family members making party of 8 of us on a busy Saturday after finding most other coffee shops in town unable to seat a party of us together found that Barista could accommodate us all together providing tea, coffee and various edible accompaniment s as required to suit us all in a warm and comfortable though busy establishment frequently used by us.
