We had our son's 9th Birthday party and I can't praise the staff enough. They were super attentive, really approachable and made the party go without a hitch. I would recommend this place for parties but it's also great for general game play. It really is a great addition to Sunderland!

Cannot recommend this place enough.. took my son here for first time ( he was abit unsure) but the lovely lady made him feel so welcome.. he even wanted to stay longer so we added extra time on.. I feel it’s gona be a regular visit for us.. worth every penny!

had a great 3 hour gaming sesh with my mates for a great price, great choice of drinks and food and staff kev(in) and david were absoultly mint and helped when needed would deffo go again also kev(in) makes amazing vanilla milkshakes 5 stars for him :~) david was awesome to talk to great customer service from this dude super helpful :) (kev and david arent there names its just what i named them for the evening)

Had son's 9th birthday party there , invited 9 kids staff were lovely and nothing was any trouble. They took a list of what the boys wanted to eat and brought it to their consoles.They answered all my questions and even updated one of the computers straight away as one of the screens had stopped working. The boys had a great time and I had a stress free evening as the staff were so professional .

The variety of games and consoles to play on was very big and I personally loved it and felt like my 2 hours there flew by. Me and my cousins played together and the VR was well set up and had a lot of room to move in. There was a decent range of foods to eat and drinks to drink while playing like Slushies and other cold drinks. They had delicious hot dogs and other foods of that kind.

Went with my dad and my sister, really great members of staff, food and drink options are so good, also great value of consoles also, really clean toilets also Definitely more than a 5/5 here

Staff were great with organising our sons birthday party for 10 people my only disappointment was the xbox set up in the party are only had 9 consoles and the minimum party number was 10 that means one guest can not play in a full party game other than that they all had great full.
