Burger King

Food was not very nice not worth the price but place is disgusting seats are riped to bits and basically destroyed floor and ledges are full of old food! Rating would improve if it even looked like even a bit of effort had gone into cleaning the place! I have been to service station burger kings and they are so much nicer, nicer food and way cleaner. Don't know how it has a hygiene rating of 5!

Would never eat here absolutely disgusting went to use the bathroom no disabled toilet available and the women's toilets where terrible there was only one toilet available and the toilet that was available had what I hope was water all over the floor and the sanitary bin was over flowing with used sanitary towels. It makes me wonder how they can have a hygiene certificate if there public facilities are in that condition.

Just to say the manager of this store is amazing yesterday when I went to the table with my dad I said to him the burgers were stone cold but the fries were boiling hot so he took them back and gived us new ones then he said would you like any more fries and sauces even though we had fries and sauces me and my dad had a very good meal, hope you pass this on Many thanks Bradley x

This burger king is getting worse for months the disabled/baby changing room has been out of order due to flooding. Then 3 wèeks ago i went into the womens toilets in found 1 of the toilets was flooded with faeces all over the toilet and floor. Now ive came in today and all the toilets in the restaurant are closed off so no toilets at all in a sitdown restaurant due to flooding. ive been going there for months and they have did nothing to fix them just left the situation to get worse. im going to ring the council and environmental health tomorrow, its disgusting

I went there 20 mins befor it was due to close the manger seemed a bit abrupt and put out having to serve us I'm putting it down to her having a long day, the othere 2 staff were ok .everything was blocked off there was only the counter to could get to. The food was nice and reasonably priced they only problem was I ordered 2 kids meals and only 1 had a toy in so apart from 1 unhappy kid the food was good but I would have to go during the day to give a proper review.

This was the worst Burger King I have ever visited. Dry buns, cracked seats, toilets broken. Then we got some local troglodytes shouting abuse, throwing things around, generally being a pain... and nobody there did a thing about it. Admittedly there were only 2 staff on, but come on, security? Police? Abysmal.
