Independent vape shop, variety of stock, friendly and welcoming service, no pushy pressurising sales techniques. They're honest, reliable and trustworthy, never had a issue with them. Only thing they could do better is answer the phone more frequently or respond to social media.
Always top service from VK and they make sure I have my juice in stock. I’ll usually hang around, catch up, sometimes have a tea whilst I get a maintenance/clean overhaul of my mod before a fresh coil, it’s more than just my local supplier. It’s the Cheers of vape shops!
I didn't use the shop for it's intended purpose but I experienced fantastic customer service. Salim next door in Brodies Dry Cleaners has an agreement with Vape Kingz to take in garments for dry cleaning when the shop is temporarily closed. The person on the till in Vape Kingz took my garments with care, my phone number and called up Salim directly to provide me with prices. I also witnessed great customer service prior to me with another customer. Top class!
Great experience every time I go in, very accommodating, helpful and happy. Great friendly service, if you are looking to quit smoking and are unsure of your options the owner will find a suitable option for you, if not going for a vape go for the coffee, more than affordable, and tasty. Service with a smile goes along way in my books.
Was looking for all the relaxation and health benefits of cannabis without the THC, if you've never tried "lifepen" definitely give it a go. Price wise it hurts, but compared to other CBD products it's in a league of it's own! Thank you Bow for the recommendation it's really helping.

The shops design is 'cleaner' and more advanced than their competitors. The ideas to have consoles in store are very ambitious and the staff have a fresh approach towards the business which is reflected by their excellent service. The store was easy to find and the lads were very patient with me and even helped me pick out my first Vape! Very impressed. Vape Kingz!!
