Fantastic experience, family run business with great attentive staff. Food is excellent and some of the best tapas outside of Spain. Good selection of core menu and a specials which change. Food comes out at a nice pace and is relaxed. Restaurant isn’t huge so a nice cosy feel.

A well-priced, warm and welcoming family restaurant. We ate tapas dishes (5 shared between 2 people) and had drinks for roughly £30pp. The black pudding and ham croquettes were the favourites, although it was all delicious. Would definitely recommend. Booking is essential.

Our family of 6 went for a birthday meal, we were not disappointed. The staff from when we entered the building were so welcoming and friendly. The food was outstanding, generous portions & delicious. We will definitely be back when they return off their holiday.

My first time here but i will be returning. Monkfish with Serrano ham, prawns and mouthwatering cream sauce to die for!!! Every couse has been a taste sensation!!!! The staff are so friendly. Josès is amazing, cooking delightful meals and coming out and talking to customers, making customers feel like family. Love this place!!!

Beautiful tapas bar. Jose plays a mix role as waiter and chef. It cost us up to almost £100 for 3x people with 1 paint and 2x soft drinks, but worth the money paid

Romantic, warm and friendly. We ordered the seafood paella for mains. It takes a good 45minutes to cook as it is cooked fresh, so we had a few tapas while we waited. Everything was cooked to perfection. Especially the paella. It was bursting with flavours from the sea and the rice was perfect. The service was amazing throughout the whole restaurant. The owner/chef makes a point of coming out to introduce himself and make sure everything was to our pleasing. I can't wait to go again. Friendly, intimate little place with outstanding food.

Good and unpretentious food. Meat balls were really nice. Great place to go with friends and order loads of different dishes and just share the food, that's what tapas is all about. The staff are very friendly and most likely the owner will come and check how is everything.

Great food and reasonable prices. The food was awesome. All the food was brought out good and hot and looked, smelled and tasted wonderful. The portion sizes were great and the lady who took our order helped make sure we didn't over order! I can highly recommend the croquettes, I enjoyed them so much I had the waitress make sure I had found the right recipe on the net before we left! The one single issue we had is that the meat was nearly all on the bone, was not expecting that at all! Not the end of the world but would be worth noting for the menu? We *WILL* be coming back here in the future!

What an absolutely perfect night. We got to the Restaurant which is quite a cozy affair and was immediately met by Sophia the very friendly wife of Jose. She was very attentive and made some excellent suggestions. We had the recommended Spanish White Wine and ordered six tapas. We were offered three pork belly tapas on the house, The patatas bravas were sublime, the fresh shrimp from the seafood bar were bathed in garlic and olive oil and melted on the tongue, the super fresh monk fish topped with prosciutto and a large Shrimp in its shell in the most amazing creamy sauce, Sally couldnt get enough of it!!!. It was that gooood.!! The fresh chorizo was heaven to Nicola, she gazed at it all night .... It was love and first bite!! ....and she was so sad when she had no more room for more! We also had the Manchego cheese and meat board and garlic chicken which was so soft and delicious. I felt we were in Spain, so friendly and a lovely, warm atmosphere. Jose was so friendly and very proud of his kitchen and all his staff. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes fresh, authentic rustic food. This will be my regular go to restaurant from now on, and im already planning to go again. See you there!!
