We went out impromptu tonight (we had an offer of childcare and took advantage for our first date night in over a year!) We landed, by chance, at Ash’s Balti after another place was closed and I am so glad we did. The food was amazing (masala fish was the highlight, and the hydrabadi balti was just fabulous) but what made the evening was the hosting of the staff. I felt like I was in someone’s home- there was such a sense of care for the food and for the customer. I think this is now officially my favourite restaurant.

Food is always great! I just wish they would change the lighting for the restaurant as it puts us off going. It feels very sterile and would benefit from some warm white bulbs and coloured lightshades maybe. It has loads of potential.

The meal was exceptional. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful and gave attention to every detail to ensure everything was perfect. Will definitely visit again. They earned each of the 5 stars 🌟.

Lived in Hemsworth for nearly 4 years. We pass it every time to go to Wakefield for our curry at lalas but I can honestly say this is the best curry I have tasted. Im a bit of a prude when ot comes to spicy but this was the taste I've been waiting for. Very friendly, very quaint and the staff are so nice. Would highly recommend 👌

Went to order and pick up a takeaway on a weekday evening. Service was prompt and friendly and our order was made fresh in a reasonable time. Food was absolutely delicious and we'll definitely come again!

Probably the best Indian I have ever been to. The staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful and kind. It's amazing as both a takeaway and a sit-in restaurant. Highly recommend eating here no matter what your preferences are, they can cater to you for anything and everything! I can shout their praises enough!
