Must eat at place for burgers / chicken in Wakefield (city centre)! 1. Tasty / quality burgers: we usually go for the Chicken Sandwich, Firecracker Burger, Rice Box & 2 x milkshakes; all halal; burgers are nice size and very filling; the Firecracker is spicy, so beware 😉; Rice Box has a nice balance between chicken and rice (plenty of chicken), rice is on the more bland side but works nicely with the chicken 👌; milkshakes are nice but Rassam's is our go to place / worth the ~10 min walk; discount (15%) for Pure Gym associates - £30 all in for 4, nice price point! 👍 2. Plenty of seating / minimal waiting time: 8-10 booths with plenty of seating (usually 6 per booth); family friendly; we went around lunchtime / got our food in 10 mins; American diner feel to decor, we liked it! 3. Customer service: polite and to the point, happy to give you recommendations if you need 👌 4. Prayer room facilities: for those inclined that way, Ghousia Masjid 10 mins walk away 5. Parking available / Trinity: will have to use the Trinity car park facility, can be free if you spend £10+ in Sainsbury's

Location In Trinity Walk this is a great location for a bite to eat during a shopping trip. Interior The design was great, designed to look like an American Burger Joint. I would say there are a few elements that are showing age but the overall experience still works! Service The service at the till was great, very friendly. It did take quite a bit of time to make the food but at least we knew it was fresh Food/drink Let's walk through the food dish by dish Burgers Crispy chicken - defo the show stealer, a good amount of mayo and the chicken was a good wedge of protein coated in a crisp batter Beef (the OG) - a good burger. Its a smash burger so there is an element of the whole thing being a bit mushy for me but great flavours . Wings - we had 6 wings and there was a fight for the last couple! The chargrilled flavour with the marinade hits well. Waffles - so they have changed the menu and waffles are no longer included 😭😭😭😭 Shakes Having tried the oreo and the Ferrero Rocher, I can say they are very very good. Clearly made with the real ingredients not flavourings and loads of sauces. Having bits of oreo getting stuck in the straw is a massive positive for me!!! Overall I really enjoyed my meal, the food was great and shakes are always a winner. I look forward to popping in for a bite to eat in the future.

So my little boy is a regular here with his school!! Constantly tells us how good they are a big fan !! So went as a family for the first time amazing start to finish nothing was too much trouble The food was lush the portion was generous the staff was awesome was fairly priced was well worth it Can’t wait for next visit was brilliant top service and lush food A family of four

Although the decor inside and the food looks amazing, the quantity of food you get for the price is not justifiable. The staff are nice and friendly and the atmosphere is pretty good. I have previously visited and was not a fan of the cheese on the burger, it had a distinct Stench coming from it but maybe it was a one off. On the last visit we got the chicken and waffle with the maple syrup and it was actually really good. The chicken was juicy and crispy and was complemented well with the sweetness of the waffle and syrup. I also got the O.G burger which for £6.49 is pricy considering the size of it. It was devoured within 5 minutes. The milkshakes are really nice as you can make a mix of your own. Overall a good place if you just want to enjoy food with friends

Went for my first meal here today!! Had a original Jacobs burger meal and an ice cream with chocolate sauce!! I really enjoyed the meal too!! It's a very upscale burger restaurant!! Yes, it's a bit pricier than mainstream burger bars,but it's worth every penny spent!! The staff were really helpful and friendly too - they helped carry my tray as I'm disabled!! All in all, a fantastic dining experience!! I will definitely be back!! Ps Well done,Jay!!
