Moved back to the area after 40 years in the South. Extremely happy to have this place on my doorstep.
Delicious, beautifully cooked food. Beef dripping for deep frying makes everything so tasty.
Check the opening times on line as this type of business closes earlier than those in the south.

Been using this fish and chip shop for a while now. It's constantly serving excellent food extremely well cooked. The fish is always white and flakes as it should. The fish butty is our favourite but I must say the scallops are the best we've had. The service also is very quick and polite, can highly recommend.
