I went through drive through and I asked for 3 fill o fish meals and the lady couldn’t be asked talking, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. When I got to receiving my order I received two fillet o fishes. I understand it was my fault for not looking at the receipt so I told the lady serving that I ordered 3 meals. She didn’t understand what we was saying and the manager came. I told her that we asked for 3 meals and she responded by saying we can’t give free meals out we can get sacked. First of all I never asked for a free meal and secondly where is customer service skills she should have to talk to a customer like that. This was disgraceful and deeming behaviour from the manager. I was really offended and she assumed I was doing this to get free food or she wouldn’t have said otherwise. I then asked if I can pay for the extra fillet o fish and she said in a sarcastic way I don’t have a till here so I can’t take your order and I can’t help you.
This is no acceptable way to treat a customer. She was very useless and didn’t go out of her way to help me. Her attitude was very arrogant and tone was very rude. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this behaviour at this McDonald’s and have let it bypass but today was the cheese on the cake.
Also I ordered share box cheese melts and i was expecting to get 3 dips and I didn’t get a single one. Why promote it if your not going to give the 3 free dips. I then got 3 straws for my drink when I had 4 drinks and I had reuse my straw.
After the frustration I came home to open my fillet o fish and to my amaze I saw the cheese melted to the side of the box. No way near the burger. I had to scrape it off and put it in the burger.
Very disappointed will not be coming back again and also will be sharing my experience with others about the snowhill retail park customer service.

They constantly screw up my order. Every time I've been over the last year they've short changed me on fries (order 3, get 2), given me the wrong drink, forgotten I'm waiting at the drive thru for half an hour, no less (you would think they would remember someone had paid and was still waiting for their order, but no), given me cheeseburgers instead of chicken burgers (I can't stand cheese), served me after customers who had joined the queue after me, short changed me or refused to give me a receipt (despite asking in a raised voice three times because I had become invisible) or handed me raw fries.
I've never known a place to so consistently and thoroughly get a simple order for three people wrong.

This McDonald's needs sorting out, they always manage to serve me cold food, and to top it off had an awful experience trying to hold the toilet door shut as it wouldn't lock, so both gents sit down toilets are out of use. And to top it off the hand dryers PAT test has expired, and the hand wash pumps are falling to bits. PHOTOS INCLUDED

Yet another abysmal meal, everything came cold, also ordered full fat coke but got Coke Zero. Got meal brought to table and got no parting pleasantry. Still waiting for my triple cheese burger remaking it’s been 15mins. Really google needs to make a negative star score. As this place needs -5 stars

Probably one of the worst McDonalds I have had experience with. They have none existent customer service. Managers are clueless and unprofessional and staff are rude! They have missed so many items from my online orders which has left my children upset many times! I have probably lost more money then I have spent. If you still want to eat from there then best you walk in and open and check your orders but avoid online orders. I really hope that someone takes action there otherwise this level of poor service cannot be tolerated.

The worst McDonald's ever for getting your order right. Always things missing when you get delivery or go through drive through.
Half meals, sauces, straws, drinks, wrong meals completely. Most recently we only received the burgers from our meals, with the drinks and fries missing.
Very annoying. If you go to the drive through I suggest stay at the window and double check everything if not you will be dissapointed when you get home.
However the food is always hot including the fries.

The order took over an hour and a half and was stone cold. We ordered for 7 people and some people didn't get any of what they ordered.
The refund from Uber eats for the terrible service won't feed my mates tonight or make up for the people that have been down there and reported that the staff are "playing tigs and stuff in the kitchen"

Would love to see the job requirements for this specific McDonald’s. Must be experienced in serving stale food. Must operate at a snails pace, must repeatedly get peoples orders wrong but most importantly have a negative IQ as basic human communication is clearly too demanding.
