Db's Pizza

Being year long residents of RI we are assailed by food that is often of mediocre quality and inconsistent at best and therefore eat out very little. Pizza, that ubiquitous meal that everyone seems to enjoy, is everywhere in the US and RI is no different and I fancy myself an aficionado as I make pizza from scratch at home, including the sauce, cheese, and sausage, so I'm fussy and therefore we are always looking for great pizza on the weekend. DB Pizza is THE place to go in RI. Nestled in Quo Vadis Plaza in Wakefield, which is incredibly appropriate and foreshadowing of the best pizza in RI, as Quo Vadis means: where are you marching? or whither thou goest? March right to DB's Pizza! We have eaten several items at DB's and we are never disappointed by the quality and consistency. You will enjoy the unassuming nature of DB Pizza's establishment, the staff are great, the service is excellent and though humble faire the food is OUTSTANDING! We have lived in RI for a long time and DB's is the only pizza we eat, I've stopped making it at home because we have a great place to go and an excuse to go out for pizza. We live in the very SW of RI and DB's is some distance from us and we pass many pizza shops to get there but we march our way right to DB's! Very good pizza and nice people working there. Quite unique crust, medium thickness with crispy finish. Small dining area with 5-8 tables for four and about a half dozen bar style seats. The size of the pizzas are a bit small, so order the next size up, prices are still reasonable. Onion rings and grinders were good too. Good place to stop for a bite or grab food to go.
