I go here almost every day for a coffee and a BLT sandwich. I've tried a lot of the food items on the menu and have never been disappointed. The guy who owns this place really knows how to pick quality beans and brew them perfectly. The coffee is just too good.

The food is REALLY good. Love the S.P.Q.R. Sandwich and the lattes. BUT the service is awful. I have been many many times and typically order online 20 min ahead of time as recommended. My order is NEVER ready when I get there. If you go inside to pick up, they don’t have a pickup counter, so you have to wait in line, which could take 10 min. The servers are never happy and always seem annoyed to be doing their job. Today, I got there 15 minutes after ordering and pulled up to the drive through window to pick up my order. They took 5 min to even come greet me at the window. So then it was the 20 minutes that are recommended. They had not even started making my order. They asked me to pull over to the side. My order was finally ready 40 minutes after I placed my order…. And they messed up my latte.
I give 2 stars and not one because when they get it right, the food is SOOOOO GOOD! I wish the service was better, but I have now given up on them.

I really love this place and food but the music is too loud you can’t even hear your self think, also I was waiting over ten minutes, I finish my coffee then had to go up and remind them to bring the croissant for my self

Went this morning, not a smile in sight. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, after waiting 16 minutes, I went to the counter to ask, the person said it was coming, as if I had the nerve to ask. Six minutes later, went up again and out comes the guy, hands me the tray and says, “ it’s right here” with attitude! Never again, I wanted to take my tip out of the can. If you’re not a morning person, and can’t greet a customer with a smile, maybe you need another shift. Or another job, not in customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I really want to like this place but it’s grossly overrated. It should be so much better than it is. Order an egg sandwich this morning and somehow they completely forget the egg. Iced latte is given the wrong sweetener.

Great first-time experience. Unique Italian breakfast options. The uova in purgatorio was delicious, the tomatoe sauce was seasoned just right and the onions and peppers were a great compliment. The outdoor seating option was a bonus.

Cibo is one of my favorite brunch locations - and the blueberry mimosas are to die for! The staff are so kind, understanding, and helpful. Love love loveeeeee

Was dining about a week ago and was appalled when a manager/supervisor yelled and demeaned a what seemed a diligent server in public instead of taking the server aside. Very unprofessional
